Express Delivery

Order by 12pm (Tue-Fri) and we'll deliver the same day between 3pm and 7pm, except Bank & National Holidays. If you order on a Saturday, we'll deliver your order the same day between 2pm and 5pm.


Standard Delivery

Order by 5pm (Tue-Sat) and we'll deliver the next day between 3pm and 7pm, except Bank & National Holidays. If you order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday, we'll deliver your order the following Wednesday, except Bank & National Holidays.

Click & Collect

Order by 12pm (Tue- Sat) and collect in store between 4pm - 8pm same day, except Bank & National Holidays. Ordered on a Saturday? Collect between 3pm – 5pm.

Order Completed

Once you have completed your order, you will be directed to a completed order page with details of your order and provided with an order reference number.

Picking Items Begins

We will now begin to pick the items from your order. We hope that all the items that you have ordered are in stock and available, but in the event that they are not, there are three situations that will arise. These situations depend on the option that you have chosen during the checkout process:

Prepare for Dispatch or Collection

Once all the items have been picked and any out of stock items have been suitably organised, we will pack your items carefully and securely in a recycled box for delivery.

If there is no stock, you choose from 2 options

Substitute Item

Our team of experienced staff will choose a similar item to the one that you have ordered. Any substituted items will be marked as so on the delivery note when you receive your order. Substitutes are of the same or higher value as the original item ordered and you will only pay the original amount.

Remove item

You will be notified by email if any items have been removed from your order due to lack of stock. We will also make a note of this on your delivery notice placed inside your order.

Items Delivered

Depending on the delivery method chosen, you can expect to receive your order either the following working day (for Standard Delivery, or same day (for Express Delivery).

Items Ready for Collection

In Store

Where the Click&Collect method is chosen you will need to bring your order number and Photographic ID (we will not be able give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of I.D.). Alternatively, someone else can collect your order on your behalf, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must bring along your order acknowledgment email, your ID and photographic ID belonging to them. You will be charged £1.00 handling charge, should you cancel your order or we cancel your order because you fail to collect the same day before 8pm (Tue-Fri) and 5pm (Sat)

When you collect your order you may be asked to provide additional proof of age information.


Take Payment

We only take the payment once all the items have been packed up and are ready to be dispatched. This is to make sure that you are charged the correct amount for any items that may have been removed.

Order Confirmation Email

We will send you an automated email with your order details. Please keep this email for your records, or for if you need to contact us. Be sure to check your spam or junk email folder if you do not receive this email. If it is not in your spam or junk folder, please contact us immediately.
