Cancel or Amend a Completed Order
It is possible to cancel or make changes to your order before we have dispatched it. For cancellations, please call us before 12.30pm on the day of dispatch and we can cancel the order for you immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives and it will get returned to us. Once it has been returned to us we can issue a refund for the order, minus our administration, delivery & recollection costs incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any Perishable items e.g. Fresh Tofu, Fresh Vegetables, Kimchi and Frozen/Chilled items, once your order has been dispatched. If you have already taken delivery of the order and still wish to cancel and return it, please see our Returning Unwanted Items section on this page.
To change an item in your order or add additional items, please contact us by phone before 12.30pm on the day of dispatch to let us know what changes you would like. Please note that in the case of adding additional items, you may be contacted by phone so that we can take your card details again if the new payment exceeds the original amount.

Damaged Items
While we are very careful when packing your order, delicate items can occasionally get damaged during transit. It is important that you check your order before, signing the Delivery Order Form. (We are unable to replace any missing items that have been signed for under any circumstances). If there is a damaged item, just notify the delivery driver. Our normal policy is to replace the item or offer a refund for anything that has been damaged.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an order that is incorrect or missing an item. The first thing to do is to check your delivery against the Delivery Order Form before signing for your order. (We are unable to replace any missing items that have been signed for under any circumstances)
If you are sure an item is definitely missing, please notify the driver so that we can arrange to resend the item or organise a refund.
In the event you receive an item that you did not order, please check the delivery order form to make sure that the ordered item was not out of stock and substituted with something similar. If not, please notify the driver so that we can arrange a replacement.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you have received your order, but no longer require items please contact us.
You are able to return unwanted items to us within seven days of purchase and we can offer a full refund for the cost of the goods, less our costs, provided that they are unopened and in a resalable condition. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for any Perishable items e.g. Fresh Tofu, Fresh Vegetables, Kimchi and Frozen/Chilled items, once your order has been dispatched.
